Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any Leap Learn course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll in our courses.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the 'Student') and Leap Learn (the 'Company').

Course Availability: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund.

Minimum Enrollment: If a course does not reach the minimum number of participants required to run, Leap Learn reserves the right to either: (1) move enrolled participants to the next available course date at no additional cost, or (2) provide a full refund. We will notify affected participants as soon as possible and you may choose your preferred option.

Access Period: Once enrolled, you will have access to course materials for the duration specified in the course description.

Prerequisites: Some courses may have prerequisites. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements before enrolling.

Course Capacity: Courses have limited capacity. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and official confirmation from Leap Learn.

Prices: All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT (25%). VAT will be added to the final invoice.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via invoice and EAN invoice. Payment terms are Net 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Discount Codes: Discount codes are subject to terms and expiration dates. Only one discount code may be used per enrollment.

Late Payment: Late payments may result in suspension of course access until payment is received. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts.

Invoicing: Invoices will be sent to the email address provided during enrollment. For EAN invoices, a valid EAN number must be provided.

Student Cancellation:

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee

• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund

• After course has started: No refund

Company Cancellation: If Leap Learn cancels a course, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled course without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

Course Materials: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, exercises, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Leap Learn and/or the course instructors.

License: By enrolling, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell course materials

• Reproduce or copy materials for commercial purposes

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from materials

• Record or screenshot live sessions without explicit permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Professional Behavior: Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct in all interactions with instructors and fellow students.

Prohibited Activities:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

• Disruption of live sessions or online forums

• Sharing login credentials with others

• Attempting to access restricted areas of our systems

• Submitting false or misleading information

Breach of Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any student who violates these conduct rules without refund.

Completion Requirements: To receive a certificate of completion, you must:

• Attend all required sessions (minimum 80% attendance for live courses)

• Complete all assignments and assessments

• Meet the minimum passing grade (if applicable)

Certificate Issuance: Certificates will be issued electronically within 14 days of course completion.

Validity: Certificates represent completion of the course at the time of issuance. They do not constitute professional certification or licensing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

For EU residents: This does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For courses already enrolled, the terms in effect at the time of enrollment will apply.
